By default, data contributed to CRCNS.org are made available to anyone with a CRCNS.org account and users must login with their account to download data. If this is OK with you, select "Yes". If you would like a different access control, i.e. either a more restrictive filter on who can access data or to allow anonymous access (or a combination of different access controls for different parts of the data), select "No" and describe your requirements in the comments.
