Dowload page problem: Server does not respond

Hi,

I have been trying to download some datasets (hc-2 hc-3) without success. At first I thought it was a firewall or a browser issue, so I tried turning off the firewall and trying through different browsers and internet networks.

Apparently it is the NERSC server that is taking too long to respond.  Am I the only one having this issue?

NERSC went down for a while because of a major power outage.  Downloads should be working now.
