pfc-8 curated units

Hi I am trying to understand how to pull out which units from this dataset were used in the Oberto et al 2022 Current Biology publication. 

The pfc-8 dataset description indicates that "Each directory contains dedicated files for LFPs (.lfp), spike times (.res.#), spike clusters (.clu.#), spike features (.fet.#), spike waveforms (.spk.#), events (.evt), ongoing positions (.pos), and descriptions (.xml)."

I am having trouble recovering the features and waveforms data (.fet and .spk files?) from the repository. Are these files publicly available?
