HC-28

Posted by Gaurav Gupta at December 29. 2020

Dear authors,

Can you please help regarding how can I know when the reward is being delivered in the W maze? For example, what is the time window in which reward is delivered such that we can separate out the spikes of reward window.

Thanks

Gaurav

I asked the authors about this.  Their reply was:

"Reward delivery time in the W-maze behavior can be inferred from the position data by extracting trajectories between reward wells. Reward well occupancy can be estimated by using an occupancy zone (e.g., 2 cm radius) around reward well locations, and reward delivery time is given by the time when the animal enters the reward zone, provided by the position on a trajectory."
