Hi,

There is a recommended form for the citation for the Cai-1 dataset but it says this is 'to be determined'. Has the form for this citation been finalised?

The format of the citation was finalized.  The phrase 'to be determined' was mistakenly left in (but is now removed).  Thanks for pointing this out.
