quick download of one file in hc-1 data set

Hi,
I need just one file named "16613.001.dat" in data set hc-1. although I already have a crcns account for from an earlier successful download, now I can not download any data set. Can any body please help? I need the file, just this one or hole hc-1 data set ASAP. many thanks for sharing the data and helps.
