start time of simultaneous data--hc3

Hi!

The hc3 dataset contains some .whl files that have the locations of a moving rat`s head and body for the duration of a trial, sampled at 36.9 Hz or 39.6 (don't recall which). It also contains .res files that have the time of each detected spike, for this same trial,  sampled at 20,000 Hz. My question is, for those two datasets, does the first sample in the .whl file correspond in time to a spike at time 1 in the .res file? I mean, would they both be at time zero?

Or is it that the first entry in the .whl file corresponds to a time .03 seconds, and the earliest possible spike sample would correspond to time .00005 seconds?

I assumed the former, but I'm not 100% sure. This seems relevant because the rat appears capable of moving several centimeters between video frames.  Thanks much for your help!!!
