About alm-4
Summary of the data
These experiments measure neuronal responses from anterior lateral motor cortex (ALM) and deep cerebellar nucleus (CN) of adult mice performing pole location discrimination with a short-term memory. In some cases, we manipulate activity of one brain region while recording from the other region. The data included are:
- 34 sessions (9 mice), ALM recording during fastigial or dentate photoactivation
- 20 sessions (4 mice), ALM recording during DCN photoinhibition
The data were used in the following publication:
Gao Z, Davis C, Thomas AM, Economo MN, Abrego AM, Svoboda K, De Zeeuw CI, Li N (2018). A cortico-cerebellar loop for motor planning. Nature, in press.Format of the data
The data are stored in Matlab files. Demo scripts which use the data are included. Details are in the document linked-to at the bottom of this page. Total size of the data is about 13 GB.
