Summary of the data
This dataset contains extracellular recordings from mouse olfactory bulb (OB) and piriform cortex (PCx) and respiration data, including simultaneous OB-PCx recordings in response to odor stimuli at varying concentrations, opto-tagged VGAT+ PCx neurons and tetanus toxin (TeLC)-infected PCx responding to odors, and OB-PCx recordings during optogenetic stimulation of OB. Format of the data
Raw data is stored in binary format and processed data is stored in Matlab format. Details are given in the document linked to at the bottom of this page. Total size of the data is about 407 GB.
