Summary.
This dataset contains neuronal ensemble recordings from the medial prefrontal cortex (mostly prelimbic cortex) of freely moving rats, using tetrodes. Data were collected while the animals learned a behavioral contingency task, as well as during sleep before and after the task. Results from the experiments are described in:
Format of the data.
Data are stored in tables which are in ascii files. Total size of the data is about 282 MB (compressed). Details about the data are in the document linked to at the bottom of this page.
