About hc-10
Summary
This data set contains the raw data files of current injection sweeps from somatic injections of the experimental cells (mouse and rat under standard “control” in vitro recording conditions) that were used to constrain the model cells of the model CA1 neural network published in: Marianne J. Bezaire, Ivan Raikov, Kelly Burk, Dhrumil Vyas, and Ivan Soltesz. Interneuronal mechanisms of hippocampal theta oscillations in full-scale models of the CA1 circuit. Under Review, 2016.
Results from the experiments are described in:
Format of the data
The data consists of the 37 full current injection sweeps. The files are in a custom format (ATF; AxoClamp text file) but are tab-delimited ASCII text files so they can be read by almost any software application. Information about the format and freely available software to read it (SimTracker) are described in the data description document linked to at the bottom of this page. Total size of the data is about 29 MB (compressed).
How to download the data
Data may be downloaded from:

A CRCNS.org account is required. See the download link for more instructions.
