About hc-27
Summary
This dataset contains medial entorhinal cortex extracellular field potentials from six rats, each recorded by a custom electrode array made with nichrome wire stereotrodes and tetrodes, positioned at regular intervals along the dorsoventral axis of the MEC. Rats completed laps on a circle track for food rewards. Recordings were performed using a 32-channel headstage (Intan Technologies part RHD2132) connected directly to a USB interface board (Intan Technologies part an RHD2000). Raw histological micrographs of the electrode locations for each rat are detailed in MEC-TW_authorProof.pdf (linked to at the bottom of this page) supplementary figure 1.
Format of the data
The data is stored in matlab files. Details are about the data format is given in the document linked to at the bottom of this page. Total data size is about 95 MB.
