About pvc-13
Summary of the data
The data set consists of 2- and 3-photon excitation movies of GCaMP6s fluorescence in primary visual cortex of awake transgenic mice, genotype Slc17a7-IRS2-Cre;Ai162. 2- and 3-photon movies were collected as near-simultaneous movie pairs, with 2- and 3-photon excitation on alternate lines, enabled by rapid switching of excitation sources sync’ed to the line clock of the microscope.
The data set is from three experiments: expt180830, expt180831, expt181003, each with images from depths. Uploaded data sets are raw movies, each containing one channel of either 2- or 3-photon data, ~2000 images acquired at ~3.6 Hz. Field of view is 400 x 200 µm. Images are 512 x 256 pixels (expt180830, expt180831) or 480 x 240 pixels (expt181003).
